Shipping Policy
Thank you for shopping with Fem Cartel. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.
Order Processing
Orders are processed before they are shipped. Because some Fem Cartel products may be made to order or require additional preparation, processing time may vary by product.
Processing time is separate from the shipping/transit time shown at checkout. Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.
United States Shipping
We currently offer the following shipping options for eligible U.S. orders:
Standard Shipping — $8.00
Estimated transit time: 3–5 business days after shipment.
Free Standard Shipping
Standard shipping is free on eligible orders of $70 or more.
Express Shipping — $15.00
Estimated transit time: 1–2 business days after shipment.
Shipping options and estimated delivery times available for a particular order will be displayed at checkout.
Made-to-Order Products
Some Fem Cartel products may be produced specifically for your order. These products may require additional processing or production time before shipment.
Choosing Express Shipping speeds up the shipping portion of the order but does not shorten production or processing time.
If a product has a specific processing or production estimate, please refer to the applicable product page.
Delivery Estimates
Shipping and delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays may occur because of carrier disruptions, severe weather, holidays, high order volumes, or circumstances outside of Fem Cartel’s reasonable control.
Shipping Address
Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address at checkout.
If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. Because orders may enter processing quickly, we cannot guarantee that an address can be changed after an order has been placed.
Fem Cartel is not responsible for delays or delivery problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete shipping information provided by the customer, except where otherwise required by law.
Tracking
When tracking is available, tracking information will be provided after your order ships. Please allow time for the shipping carrier’s tracking system to update after receiving your tracking number.
Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Shipments
If your tracking information shows an unusual delay, or if your package arrives damaged, please contact us with your order number and relevant details so we can assist you.
If an order is marked as delivered but you cannot locate it, please check the delivery location, household members, neighbors where appropriate, and the shipping carrier. You may also contact us for assistance.
International Shipping
Fem Cartel currently ships according to the destinations made available at checkout. If international shipping becomes available for your destination, applicable shipping charges, estimated delivery information, and other available options will be displayed during checkout.
International customers may be responsible for customs duties, import taxes, or other fees imposed by their destination country unless checkout specifically states that those charges are included.
