Return & Refund Policy

At Fem Cartel, we want you to be satisfied with your purchase. We accept eligible return requests within 30 days of delivery, subject to the conditions below.

Returns

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition in which you received it: unworn, unused, unwashed, and with any original tags and packaging intact. You may also be asked to provide your receipt or proof of purchase.

Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery. Items returned without first requesting a return may not be accepted.

Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item received was damaged, defective, or incorrect. Original shipping charges are non-refundable unless required by applicable law or the return is due to an error by Fem Cartel.

Fem Cartel does not charge a restocking fee for eligible returns.

Made-to-Order, Personalized & Custom Items

Certain Fem Cartel products may be made specifically for you or customized according to your selections. Personalized or custom-made products may not be eligible for return due solely to a change of mind, incorrect size selected by the customer, or other customer-selected customization.

Please carefully review product descriptions, measurements, sizing information, colors, personalization, and other selections before placing your order.

This limitation does not apply when an item arrives damaged, defective, incorrect, or where a return or refund is otherwise required by applicable law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If your item is damaged, defective, or you receive an incorrect item, contact us as soon as possible so we can evaluate the issue.

To help us resolve the issue, please provide your order number, a description of the problem, and clear photographs of the item and its packaging when applicable.

If we determine that the item is damaged, defective, or incorrect, we will provide an appropriate resolution, which may include a replacement or refund at no additional cost to you.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items cannot be returned, including personalized or custom-made products where applicable, gift cards, and items marked as final sale.

We also cannot accept products that have been worn, used, washed, altered, damaged after delivery, or returned outside the applicable return period, except where otherwise required by law.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

Exchanges

If you would like a different eligible item, size, or color, please contact us regarding return eligibility. When appropriate, the fastest option may be to return the original eligible item and place a new order for the replacement.

Personalized and custom-made items generally cannot be exchanged because of an incorrect size, color, or customization selected by the customer, except where required by law or where Fem Cartel made an error.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an eligible return, we will notify you whether the refund has been approved.

Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method. After a refund is issued, your bank or card provider may require additional processing time before the funds appear in your account.

Order Cancellations

Orders may be canceled within 15 minutes of placing the order.

Because some Fem Cartel products are made to order or enter production quickly, cancellation requests submitted after the 15-minute cancellation window cannot be guaranteed and may not be accepted once production or fulfillment has begun.
